Lowell earned a 39–33 win over Lighthouse College Prep Academy in a varsity boys basketball neutral-site tournament matchup.
The game took place Dec. 29, 2025, at Lighthouse College Prep Academy.
Lowell struggled to find rhythm early but steadily gained control as the game progressed. After scoring just three points in the first quarter, the Red Devils settled in defensively and chipped away at the deficit through the middle periods. Lowell entered the fourth quarter trailing before erupting for 20 points in the final frame, outscoring LCPA 20–15 to complete the comeback and secure the win.
Ezra Rumisek led Lowell with 12 points and played a key role down the stretch, converting at the free-throw line and finishing inside. Roan Vasko added 10 points and pulled down nine rebounds, while Ty Fredericksen contributed five points on efficient shooting. B. Spearson, Aiden Hernandez, Cass Hejnowski, and Lucas Brady each added scoring support as Lowell finished with 39 points on 10 made field goals. Defensively, the Red Devils forced turnovers and controlled the glass with 23 total rebounds.
Lowell will return to action Jan. 20 when it hosts Illiana Christian at 7 p.m.
The previous meeting between Lowell and Illiana Christian came Jan. 21, when Lowell dropped a 43–28 decision on the road.
