Lowell Red Devils earns home conference win over Hobart Brickies in girls basketball action

The Lowell Red Devils defeated the Hobart Brickies 58–25 in a girls varsity basketball conference game. Defensively, Lowell limited Hobart to single-digit scoring in three quarters, turning the contest into a decisive conference win.

According to the game’s details, Lowell established an early lead with a dominant first quarter, achieving a 22–5 advantage and maintaining control throughout. The Red Devils demonstrated balanced scoring and strong defensive pressure, restricting Hobart to just 25 points overall. Brooke Dawson led Lowell’s offense, while Gatlin Hanrath contributed significantly on the boards as Lowell secured the win.

The upcoming schedule for the Lowell Red Devils includes hosting La Porte in a non-conference matchup on Saturday, January 24, at 2:30 p.m.

In their previous encounter before January 15, 2026, Lowell had also defeated Hobart with a score of 37–26 in January 2025.
