The Lowell Red Devils serve up a flawless performance that sends a clear message to the rest of the conference about their championship aspirations. The Red Devils secured a commanding 5-0 victory over the Griffith Panthers in a decisive girls tennis match.

The match took place on Tuesday, April 28, at Lowell High School.

Lowell’s roster showcased remarkable consistency and technical prowess, effectively shutting down Griffith in every set played while yielding only nine total games across the entire scorecard. At the top of the lineup, Aubrey Fleming delivered a masterful 6-1, 6-1 win at #1 singles, using a powerful baseline game to keep her opponent off balance from start to finish. Maddie Nestorovski and Emma Shaffer mirrored that intensity with efficient straight-set victories at #2 and #3 singles, further demonstrating the impressive depth of the Red Devils’ rotation.

According to a sports report from Lowell High School, the doubles competition proved to be equally one-sided as the duos of Kinsey Meehan and Aubrie Lucka, alongside Myles Deal and Allie Miedema, both secured flawless 6-0, 6-0 sweeps to punctuate the afternoon.

Lowell’s players stepped onto the court with confidence and composure, each match reflecting the team’s steady growth and depth. From singles grit to doubles chemistry, the Red Devils carried energy and unity throughout, turning the sweep into a showcase of determination.
