Lowell High School’s girls basketball team secured a decisive 61–33 victory over Griffith in a non-conference game. The match took place on Saturday, November 22, at Lowell High School in Lowell, Indiana.
According to the game report, Lowell dominated from the start, applying consistent defensive pressure that disrupted Griffith’s early play. The Red Devils established their lead with an 18-point first quarter and continued to widen the gap with a balanced offensive strategy, achieving a double-digit advantage by halftime. Throughout the second half, Lowell maintained efficiency inside and effectively moved the ball against Griffith’s defensive rotations. Although Griffith mounted a stronger effort in the fourth quarter, Lowell’s interior scoring and defensive rebounding ensured their lead remained secure.
Looking ahead, Lowell is set to face Kankakee Valley on Thursday, December 5, at 7 p.m., as they aim to extend their winning momentum in another non-conference challenge. Last season, these teams faced off on December 6, with Lowell narrowly defeating Kankakee Valley 33–32 in a closely contested match.
